Teknome: Interesting that your bracket is actually marked Morgan, I haven't seen that on mine. SD1 is written on the alternator in felt tip and TVR on the engine!
That's interesting, my 1999 Plus 8 has Morgan on the bracket too as did my 1994 Plus 8 out of interest. Good Luck with the job.
With TVR being on the engine do you think your car has had an engine swap at some time.
