I had this problem with a Warranty Replacement Badge (changed because the paint fell out)

I complained to the factory as it is NOT CORRECT. The changed it for me during a factory visit but I had to give back the 'Flat' one.

It is worth writing to them with a photo and ask for a replacement

If you try and bend it yourself it could brake and it may never be right

Perhaps I should have mentioned thet the car itself is from 2009 (I bought it used) so way past it's warranty period...
