I use Torque seal/ Cross check on all major nuts and bolts, like steering and suspension.

Once torqued to spec (or tightened if no torque figures are available) a short line of this over the bolt and nut. And you will see straight away if it ever comes loose without needing to do a spanner check. You can only really check a bolt with a specific torque setting by loosening it and then retorquing it correctly. So this stuff saves heaps of time.

Great stuff used in the airline trade and on race cars.
