I will mention which sections have had additions to them next time, a good idea. This list started off just as something for me to refer to. I am not good at documents and a couple of people have kindly re-formatted the list to make it more readable and even added a Table of Contents. As you may have noticed that table has gone as every time I tried to follow the instructions on updating it it went bananas. It's maybe not the most readable list going but it's the best I have and is mostly made up from information supplied by al the people here, thanks.
