I think that's filtered, and maybe sharpened!
A lot . I looked at the photos and thought , these have really been given the works in image enhancement software, not disputing some of them are good photos , but why make them so "larger than life" that we notice it. Post capture processing should be about subtle enhancements , not rendering the shot in "technicolour"
