Not sure I agree with the ‘thugby’ description, although Hooper’s late shoulder charge on Biggar was perhaps a little ungentlemanly. :
Me neither, (regarding the ‘thugby’ description) but I am really enjoying watching and somewhat jealous of friends who are currently in Japan.
My rugby skills never progressed beyond playing scrum-half for my school’s old boys 3rd 15, but I’ve always really enjoyed the game and the friends I’ve made, as a result.
