Hi all,
I know there are some clever I.T. people on here and I wonder if anyone can help me with a small but annoying problem I have with Outlook.com (previously Hotmail)?

When I send an email from my outlook.com to an email address that previously had a different name associated with it, it displays that previous name. e.g. I send to manager@somewhere.com and it autoentrys as "Fred Smith", where Fred smith was the previous "manager", that's really confusing if the current manager is John Brown.

The PC is obviously picking up Fred Smith from an address record somewhere but I can't find it. I've made sure there's no Fred Smith or even manager@ in my contacts. I've spent hours googling for a solution but most that I've come across are for Outlook (part of the Office suite) rather than Outlook.com, or they have recommendations of functions that aren't available in Outlook.com. Typing the first 3 letters (man), then deleting the found manager@... doesn't work because there's no X alongside it like there is in the Office Outlook and pressing the delete key does nothing.

I hope I've explained the problem clearly and hope even more that someone can put me out of my misery, if I had any hair I'd have pulled it out by now banghead
