If powder coating then make sure they do it properly. Prep needs to be high standard as in car paintwork spraying.
If so then it is a good finish. Will they dismantle the spokes/ rims to coat separately? They weak spots in any coating are at joints so a film of paint at these is susceptible to cracking. One way to help is to regularly clean, thoroughly dry, wax the wheels.
