If you lived in the UK I would suggest contacting Paul Joynes at Redditch Shotblasting they have been in the powder coating business for many years. The company was recommended to me by John Worrall who uses their services and demands nothing but the best for any of his rebuilds and I must admit the work that was done on my wheels was faultless
I used them a few years back as well and they were excellent.
