After drawing a blank at several Morgan dealers my local motor factors had a belt in stock. Until talking to the factors I wasn't aware that all belt manufacturers use the same system of coding (6PK = 6 Peaks, 1203 = the length in mm). I could not find any reference to the 6PK 1203 on Gates website and the factors suggested that it may have been discontinued and replaced by 6PK 1200. The belt Morgan had fitted as O/E was 6PK 1195 so there is clearly some flexibility(!) in the length of the belt you can use - a benefit of the spring loaded tensioner? As previously stated, fitting was simple with a 5/8 socket on the tensioner (more in keeping with a Morgan than this funny foreign mm stuff!).
Really hope you checked condition of bearings on each pulley by giving them a spin and wiggle whilst old belt was off as I think it highly unusual that a belt would start to fail so very early in its life. (As others have also mooted)
