I remember many years ago when I was in the RAF being asked by a visiting USAF tech if I had a "screw chaser", I said that I didn't think I did but then he pointed to the screwdriver in our toolkit. We had a lot of terminology issues that I didn't think we would as we were operating F4 Phantoms at the time, although they had been compromised to fit RR engines.
