"I wonder if the passenger foot well would be a better space for the oil tank, though?" Bonus keeping your passengers feet warm. I looked at ducting warm air from a hole in the front face of the cowl to the foot well but insufficient room for trunking. Maybe with a relocated battery & oil tank there would be space.
