Given that an M3W is unlikely to be driven in inclement weather, then why not get a Pedelec to ride to the garage? You can leave it in the garage whilst out in the car. You can easily average 12mph, so a 10 minute ride extends your radius to 2 miles.

Some of my neighbours have clubbed together and rented an industrial workshop/storage unit a couple of miles from their houses, they keep at least 6 cars and RVs there, plus assorted motorcyles and other kit. They pay £100/month each for it.

My M3W lives 3/4 mile away up a hill in a neighbours shed. I go to collect it on my bike, sometimes swapping cars over if forecast is good for a few days & I'll be using the M3W. Dont pay any rent, I cut the grass in exchange, arrangement suits both of us.
