Hi Peter B. Like many others, it seems, I have the same problem. I bought my 2009 +4 from Melvyn Rutter and very soon realised it listed to the RHS by about 25-30mm.
My local Morgan dealer is BHM so i asked Phil to have a look. After much jacking and measuring he determined that the rear springs were knackered. Despite the previous owner having also changed the rear springs some 5000 mils earlier! They were replaced at a cost of about £775. Upon arriving back home I spent some time making sure the car was on the level and determined that the RHS was still some 25mm lower than the LHS. So I have now wasted £775!
Some research on t'internet suggested Morgans view was that LHS to RHS ride height should be within 30mm. I did not challenge this.
So I returned to BHM and revisited the "sag" with Phil and he decided that an adjustment to the front springs would cure the sag. It did while we were at BHM but back at home i could see it was still sagging to the RHS.
What i see from the above is a major failure in the design/production of these cars and i wonder why it has been left to a few concerned owners and a clever supplier to resolve, all at their own expense?
Peter, can you please advise what the cost is to correct my sagging Plus 4?
