Welcome to New Zealand. The car you saw is a 3.7 Roadster resident in Tauranga. Not mine.There is the Tahuna-Ohinewai Road which connects SH1 to SH 27 and now seems to be the route that Mr Google seems to be promoting . It was a quiet country road but a couple of weeks ago heading to Auckland it was very busy.
