Just had the rather sad news from a Morgan acquaintance in Oz that Bill Button passed away in his sleep last night.
To quote said Australian source:
"Bill was a Morgan icon and what he achieved was amazing. He had many friends out here and we're really cut up about this.
His lasting example to us is to live life to the full while we can. It's hard to know just what to say but I'll really miss him and the email chats we had.

Unfortunately, I missed out on meeting him a few years ago when he and a friend brought one of his cars over to tour parts of the UK and Europe.
