What's to stop any John Smith changing their name by deed poll to Derek Underwood or Fred Timus, and having a nice little sideline in product endorsements? It doesn't say they are the actual celebrities.

I recently changed my name to 'Most Leading Doctors' and am earning quite a nice income from pharmaceutical companies.
