I ordered the NVH to be retrofitted to my 2013 car. When the dealer saw the kit they declined to fit it as the MMC time estimate was low, a good move. When I had the replacement chassis the new one came with NVH fitted. It does nothing other than change the speed for peak whine from bevel box. In my opinion its just ballast.
