No wind or rain today, so a couple of hours on the front drive and she's done.

The librands manifold started to cause a little headache, as it appears the middle two studs should come out and be replaced by a couple of allen bolts - I imagine theres not enough clearance for the nuts. I couldn't get the studs to shift for love nor money, so was about to crack out the oxy when I discovered my replacement nuts/stud kit I'd bought for eventualities had nuts that required a 12mm spanner rather than a 13mm. There were just small enough to fit without intereference. smile

Rest of the kit went together easily, and only had to chop about 3 inches off the long pipe. May change the rear bend for something with a smaller angle, but will leave it for a bit. Sounds very nice - not antisocial boy racer, but a deeper burble than previous and nice bark on acceleration. Very pleased with the result.
