It is no coincidence that the M8 and M5 (both fitted with this 627hp) engine have dropped RWD and both cars are now 4WD.
I have been in the current M5 - and boy oh boy is it a fast car (for a 2 tonne 4 door 5 seater saloon!!).
If said engine was to be fitted in a Morgan - due to the light weight - 4WD would be a "must?"
