Start developing a relationship with the experts on the Aero 8 now.
Simon H makes many parts unobtainable elsewhere, the factory will have some spares (but these are likely to be for a standard car?) and start assembling as much information as you can about what must be replaced , what needs to be replaced, and what would be nice to replace.
Great that someone has taken this project on , I hope your budget will allow you to finish the project and get it back to full roadworthy order.
