Could I draw upon your collective wisdom and ask you if would it be possible to attach the Ctek with its tiny ring terminals permanently and safely to the starter battery without cutting the original cable and installing a new terminal. I've seen something called a "KnuKonceptz" terminal which would be ideal but not available in the UK.
I've thought of soldering the Ctek connector directly to large washer but that seems to be somewhat naff.
If you're confident soldering, put a male cigarette plug on the end, the internal cabling on your Mog is fused to this feed anyway & then you can use the Ctek on almost any car you have including the daily tintop
