Robbie, my previous S1 Roadster was the same age as yours, I was nervous splitting the harness so I ended up extending the Audicator wires all the way through to under the wings and then swapping out the relevant bullet connectors for 'doubles' and spurring in there, then I piggybacked onto the spade end connector of the hydraulic brake switch, I took the power feeds from under the dash & self tapped the tiny speaker to the steering column cover

it's a bit time consuming and fiddly, but well worth it, I still think the Audicator is a brilliant invention & really miss it on my 3.7
