Miscellany arrived today and I’ve had a chance to read the article.
Lots of memories, with glimpses of my 4/4 in pictures 3 & 10; and also parked on the far right in front of the chateau. (I later sold the number plate S800 MOG to Jays). I spotted myself in picture 3.
Tertre Rouge bar at midnight; the chateau owners’ dog peeing on the back of a seated Vagabond; hopeless attempts at trying to stay close behind Rob’s +8 when he gave it the beans; getting badly sunburned in 2006; soaked in 2007 and I can’t remember the weather in 2008; bottles of Welsh Whisky; very cheap wine boxes of red wine from the supermarket; listening to the Waterboys at the evening concert in 2006, UB40 in 2010; and finally the memories of stunning racing.
