The bit about aluminium being corrosion free gave me a good laugh! Didn't hear that bit but it is a major pain , what can they /we do to stop the bubbling under the paintwork ? I took my slightly bubbly -99 4/4 to a paintshop/restoration garage a few years ago and they told me that all aluminium panels had to be epoxy-coated to last any length of time...
