Interesting image John, caused me to wonder why you decided to photograph the sun...? Also wondered if the "rainbow" might be your lenses reaction to the bright light... Seems like you did indeed have a fly-by and captured in your image...Finally, seems like you have some sensor dust issues, but then who has not..
