Weren't they lifted from the Lancia Thesis ?
The banana shaped ones were.
The round ones are a modular caravan/trailer lamp unit from Lucas/Hella or one of the other generic parts makers - sorry OP it's a while since I had to replace a cracked outer lens ring (they come apart, inner and outer units are separate).
