On my 2018 +4 there are LED strips inserted in the under dash cover.
Passenger side is horizontal and does a good job of lighting the foot well
Drivers side is vertical.
I have added a small LED bezel light which illuminates the ignition lock - a great addition that cost under £5

There are door switches difficult to photo as they are behind the door stays.
Lights come on when you open the door and stay on when closed on a timer, they also come on when you turn the ignition off.
