They fit in front of the bronze sliders usually utilizing home made brackets and the lower grease nipple hole.
In the past there have been detailed drawings in The Bulletin. I know of no one supplying any kits.
I see you are a member of MTWC, will see if I can find which Bulletin has the best details
. Personally I have never found it necessary to have the added complication ( for road use) and we have driven our 34 SuperSports all over Europe, fully laden, two up covering 56,000 + miles in the last few years.
