Given the grade of work involved (no baby is ugly right?) I am going to say it is in the US (building style behind the "car") and that the wheel hub logo looks like an early Datsun/Nissan Z logo off a 240z or something of that style. Wheels and wheelbase seem close to it? The rest is down to personal taste.
