Hello Stephen. We did not removed completely the hex nut, so can't tell you at 100%. But I had a very close look at it, and also have the pictures, and I guess there is none

If I see I can remove it easily in my garage without losing any washer or other small ítem, I might think about putting some Loctite thread locker.
