I'm not on commission (yet) but his book is a good read.
Use search at the top of the page, enter "Mulfab", go to page 5, scroll to bottom.
A spring compressor that snugly fits helps. If concerned stuff the underwing with your wife's best duvet and keep your teeth out of the way!
