The standard optional sports cat-back system is nothing special power-wise. It also uses a 400 cell cat on standard Ford manifold.
If you go for a 200 cell high-flow cat and headers, you will need a proper remap as you will be pushing the parameters of the ECU and may get engine lights.
A rolling road remap will cost but is the only way to get the most out of your hardware upgrades and keep your engine running properly.
"Flash" remaps are cheap for a reason!
