I am really saddened by that news. He was one of nature's gentlemen, but a great organiser of anything Morgan , anything form race meetings to Mog trips.
It must be doubly difficult for Ann at this time of restrictions on travel , contact etc , but if anybody is in "her bubble" would they please pass on my condolences.
I first got to know him in the late 60s when he was active in the London Centre of the Morgan 4/4 club (as it was then known) , he and I had an instant rapport which has never left us . Even though we would not see each other much for years , we would take up once more as if it were yesterday. I will really miss him both as a link to the past but also just a wonderful human being.
I don't think he always saw eye to eye with the MSCC committee, and their treatment of him was not their proudest moment, but I hope there will be forgiveness from their side now.
