Having looked up one of the demo cars details you'll find the DVLA listing the road tax at £130 per annum, so this would suggest at least some of the information isn't correct.
With regards to the Congestion Charge the following was taken from TfL website
If you drive a motor tricycle which is one metre or less wide, and two metres or less long, you're eligible for a 100 per cent discount.Bad new if you were considering it as a company car
Good try though but you really need a Prius.
