The hinge is just a stainless item I found on Amazon:
https://tinyurl.com/bonnet-hinge. Looks like they are now sold in 5 packs. I only had to buy one. In any case it needs to be thin, and not super precision due to the curvature of the bonnet. Needs cut to length which calls for some creativity in managing the ends.
