Well on number plates.
remember when I was a kid it was still 3 letters and 3 numbers. I live in Derbyshire and in the 1920's (?) the letter R was allocated to Derbyshire. As they ran out of numbers they put a letter before and after - I can still remember - particularly council vehicles etc - having R in the middle. Well my big brother had a motorbike and the Reg was - you've guessed it - BRA. Cant remember the numbers.
Me and Mrs Biglewey have DVLA issued (couple of hundred quid each although we tell people who ask a much bigger number!)) everyday modern numbers that very closely match out first and last names - from my tag on here you can guess my last name and the cars both have XXXX LEW.! Sad really but something I always wanted.
MOG registration is still on the bucket list for the Plus 4.
