My understanding is that the colour is actually a period (circa 60's - 70's) VW paint option - often used on the VW Camper Van.
VW used a couple of beige/tan colors. My '71 Super Beetle was Kansas Beige – it was an excellent color with lasting appeal. Any way to confirm color codes?
