I suspect this may be another of these threads that may just run and run ad infinitum...?

After circa 18 years of ownership I have more than one story as you might expect.. (-: I guess my favourite relates to a memorable trip in company with a Mclaren and others, which is a story in it`s self which I have bored others with on here and elsewhere before, though will cut it short (ish) for those new to the forum who might find interest in it.

We had checked into our hotel, and met up in the bar with a view out over the bay and the car park. There was a small and young wedding group through in the lounge who then made their way out to the car park to grab some pics, there were a few tasty cars other than the F1, though they chose to pose alongside the Morgan sitting there with wearing it`s Tonneau. I dashed out and they spotted my approach the little group apologised and looked a tad apprehensive, whereas I removed the tonneau and invited the bride to take up residence in the drivers seat, and her Groom to sit behind the wheel, huge smiles all round while camera`s and phones recorded the happy scene.... quite made my day given I was presented with a flash of the brides blue garter as I held the door for her.

I pointed to the then Million Pound McLaren and informed them of it`s rarity, they were none too interested, as our American cousins say.. Go Figure..!

I had rushed out to catch them before they disappeared and as such I did not go up to the room to retrieve my camera....Duh..!
