The times I've been to Colorado I've come away wondering how it's possible for a complete State to be entirely 'uphill'
Indeed, European obesity rates (and the UK specifically) are scandalous ..... if you look back to old pics of both the US and UK (even up to the 60s and 70s) you can check out a crowd scene and not see a single obese person ..... it's a relatively recent trend, and only now are the health implications seriousy starting to bite as the generation effected get older. My comment was really for balance as it's almost a given that American=fat .... and that's definitely not the case.
