Hmm, now you have me wondering... Here's a video of some attempted starts with zero throttle input:
Based on the video you provided it seems more like an air leak at the manifold ends as kankeL suggests, or perhaps the idle control solenoid is sticking. I would say my earlier suggestions of loose connections at the injectors or sensors does not apply as the engine appears to start readily, but simply will not idle or remain running. An examination with the Protune software would be really helpful about now.
