Hi Nick,
I have done this several times and it is quite straightforward, you need the front wheels off to get to the headlights if they haven't been removed before they can be fiddly but straightforward. There is usually a cable tie to cut as well.
With the bonnet the rear fastenings are woodscrews and you need two people to lift clear.
The radiator cowel is next is again fiddly but not a problem.
The wings have the turn button on the rear bottom then more bolts on the topside, then under the headlights on the inside there is a plate connecting the wing to the lower splitter.
I have done this a few times and you can do it in around an hour.
I have actually done this twice and driven it 12 miles to my local electrical repair garage as I didn't want the panels lying round their garage
