Further update on the rubbing noise - Covers are off & the slightest movement of the wheel still creates the rubbing noise, its more a squeal of plastic rubbing plastic now & sounds like its a bit further down the column, any ideas how the indicator & washer stalks are removed? doesn't appear to be an obvious way.
