I have over the last few years made a list and bought spares and the like to make upgrades to my 3 wheeler.
...Gun sight, spring loaded for the front. I thought about fitting a Vaseline glass Victoire mascot, but the thought of it breaking off at speed terrifies me.

Congrats John... I was tempted by those gunsights on Ebay so will keep an eye out for your experiences adding that!
I was also wondering about a cowl-mounted gauge eg oil temp or head temp. Some classic cars had a water temp gauge on top of the radiator, but of course we don't need to measure water temp
