I have used ours a visors on the odd occasion that the sun is low in the west but as wind deflectors, they come into their most frequent use.
As they say, if you have it, use it. However if you dont?????. The translucent blue perpex ones from Melvyn may be a better bet for both uses.
We already have the solid black factory ones which were no good with the heavy mirror as they clashed when lowered. I Changed that to the small librands and they work fine together now....
