Over the past 7 years I have done just shy of 20,000 Kms on my ebikes - I am now on my second one - a Haibike Cross9.0 with 2x500watt hour batteries - it’s a fantastic machine. SWMBO and I have had some great holidays on the bikes(she has one too) and have had 3 holidays on the continent (ebikes hired as part of the package)
I got the bike on advice from my Orthopedic surgeon after knee surgery - he recommends ebikes as a rehab tool!
I recommend ebikes to everyone as a good workout without killing oneself - also great for passing out the Lycra brigade on the hills!!!!!
