My cowl badge is detoriating after only one year.

Glad to have found this thread. A sorrow shared is a sorrow halved.

So I save myself from the hassle of fiddling around with this inferior piece of junk (the badge, not the car) and just ordered a proud old-style +4 badge from the factory.
