Just try and speak to someone at NS&I, the wait is up to an hour just to get a simple ID number so you can have your premium bond winings paid into your bank direct.
Don't get me going on that, I tried to set up an online account so I could change my address. The system would only recognise my previous address at the end of the process they sent me an ID number so that I can access the account to change my address and yes they have sent it to my old address #$%&* I give up.
