The washer pump is at the base of the washer fluid bottle, if you cannot hear the pump running it could be an electrical fault, or the pump could be seized. I have found that if they are not used the washer fluid can develop a black sludge that jams the pump. Had to take the bottle off my Plus 8 and give it a thorough clean.
