If you cant get to a Morgan Dealer in your area to fit them then I recommend looking for a Classic Car Dealership in your area.
I went to Wheel Supplier MWS as I lived nearby and even they had a problem with the Rubber Band that fits over the spokes. On my wheels the bands were not substantial enough and the tyre beading just rolled it over exposing a spoke head or two. Needles to say two tyres went flat overnight.
They have the ability to repair the rubber banding which is painted on and cures over 48 hours.
You need an experienced specialist and that is before they get to the special tolls needed for balancing.
